There’s no better location at Snowmass Village, Colorado: Havens is set right on Fanny Hill perched above the brand new Base Village and across from Snowmass Mall. You’ll ski out the door and onto the lifts in winter, hike and bike from home in summer, or hit all the activities found in the Lost Forest Adventure Park.
Residents of Havens can seamlessly go from adventurous pursuits into alluring après ski experiences in the blink of an eye.
Dining, shopping, nightlife—it’s there, right alongside an ever-changing itinerary of exciting events, concerts and performances.
Despite its name and reputation as a world-class ski resort, Snowmass is equally active the rest of the year. It's home to over 70 miles of hiking and biking trails, and was recently named a Gold Level Ride Center by IMBA (International Mountain Biking Association)—the first of its kind in Colorado. Snowmass in summer also means world-class golfing, hot air balloon rides, Gold Medal fishing, community rodeo, white water rafting and spectacular wildlife viewing.
Bursting with energy all year round, the new Snowmass Base Village is a game-changer. An outdoor ice-skating rink, game lounge, five-story climbing wall, yoga studio, fitness center, and proposed village pool are just a few experiences—add to that superlative dining, a lively après scene, art installations, concerts, movie nights and even special pop-up events, and you have all the ingredients for a memorable mountain getaway.
The heart of the Snowmass Base Village, the ice rink offers free skating and rentals. It’s the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family before an après snack, drink or dinner at one of the many venues in the area.
The Collective Game Lounge is a creative hangout with ping pong tables, foosball, arcade and board games, air hockey and more—the ideal place for the young and the young at heart. The Collective Hall offers live music, speakers and events in a fun, community setting.
Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall are full of shops offering both the everyday and the extravagant—from wonderful restaurants to wine, art, and fashion, we have it all. And when it comes to outdoor gear, there’s ski equipment, outerwear, bike rentals and more.
From fine dining to grab-and-go, Snowmass caters to every mood and palate, from a quick bowl of chili to the freshest sushi or a long, elegant European-style lunch.
If you thought Snowmass was just a basecamp for adventure, think again. With world-renowned celebrations, plus art, food, wine, and music festivals year round, Aspen Snowmass is a rich cultural destination!
If you need to keep up with your fitness regimen, the private facility of SBVfit in the Base Village is open to all Havens owners. This 2,500 square foot facility features the latest equipment, including Peloton bikes and Woodway treadmills. Next door is the area’s finest and most fun yoga studio, open to the public.
The Havens HOA will have the option of being granted access to the planned saltwater swimming pool in Base Village.
